as we approach the end of the year, we reflect on the events and developments that have shaped the past twelve months. In light of recent developments, it is evident that the expectations surrounding the vaccine development process for the rapid resolution of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic may not be met. Since the beginning of the year, we have all had to deal with unprecedented supply bottlenecks and price explosions, and this will continue to be an issue in the coming year.
However, this is precisely where the value of a true partnership to solve the problems at hand becomes apparent. On behalf of my employees, I would therefore like to thank you and your team for your open and trusting cooperation, your respectful and honest dealings and your willingness to help even in difficult situations.
In light of the overwhelming response to our inaugural Christmas campaign last year, we have decided to make a donation to our local community in place of customer gifts. This year, we will be supporting the three local kindergartens. We believe that this will provide much-needed assistance to the younger generation during these challenging times.
